Not Just A Pretty Face

Dash hates to get a bath but loves being showered with praise. Pictured here with i Love Dogs Ambassador Jo Anne Ybaben, Dash, an 18-month-old Papillon, is known in the show world as Champion Brevette Kid Incredible. Dash gets very excited when he sees Jo Anne packing up the show bags. Jo Anne explains that the benefit of any type of training, whether it be for agility or showing, is a sense of fulfillment for having a job and doing it well. And do it well he does, including being showcased on Animal Planet. Dash keeps busy, training and attending shows two or three times a month. Just a few weeks ago, he and Jo Anne traveled from California to Colorado for the AKC All Breed Show hosted by the Roaring Fork Kennel Club, where Kid Incredible placed 2nd in the Toy Group.

An older member of the Brevette line, five-year-old Camis excels at being both beautiful and agile.  She graciously agreed to model one of the exclusive i Love Dogs Diamond Collars from our La Collection de Bijoux. Besides showing off those famously graceful “butterfly wing” ears, Camis, true to the Papillon breed, loves activity and holds five agility titles. Jo Anne told us that Papillons also love people. Their lively personalities make a good match for children — running, going to the park, and playing fetch — as long as the little tykes are taught not to be too rough with these fine-boned, foot-tall beauties.
