NEWMAN! The Coolest Terrier on the Block (Adopt-A-Dog Day 14)

newman_pitbull It’s Adopt-A-Dog Month and i Love Dogs’ campaign to find homes for 31 puptastic adoptable dogs continues with Day 14! Woof Wednesday brings us a slick young mutt who has all the lady pups begging to romp through the park with him.

i Love Dogs gives a special belly rub to a handsome cool dude, the 2-year-old Terrier mix, Newman!

Newman’s Ruff Rescue: Newman came to the Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation while still a little pup in his mama’s belly. His mommy, O’mama, was rescued from a shelter while still pregnant. This sweetheart gave birth to a litter of puppies and the rest was history. Newman had arrived, big blue eyes taking in this big new human world (including his LBWF staff of adoring fans!).

Newman’s Fave Toy: Like any cool guy, Newman’s a man that loves those sporty tennis balls. Of course, he always loves to give a good tug on the perfect tug toy with a perfect human or canine partner that can pull on the other end and make it worth his while.

Best Buddies: Newman will go to any wagging extreme for his best paw gal pal Shannon. He’s also tongue crazy over his best human pals.

Silliest Pup Moves: Newman’s a stud with many talents. He’s the puppy talk of the town among his girlfriends, who all love hanging out with Mr. Newman. He’s got some of the best moves in town. For the right treat he’ll spin in circles for you, and for the right toy? Well, he’ll sky rocket into the air to nab it!

Sweetest Pup Moments: Even though Newman’s in huge demand at the LBWF, he’s always considerate enough to snuggle up with his favorite humans for some one-on-one time. What a sweetie pie!

Puparrazi Buzz: With all the sweet things Newman does, it’s no wonder everyone’s spreading the word about him. One LBWF volunteer newman_dogtongue said, “Newman is a handsome young pup who has the most amazing light blue eyes. Newman is in search of a loving forever home!”

Pawfect Furever Home: This blue-eyed beau is a pup looking for a furever home where the humans are all about the dogs! He’s a pup that needs a bit more attention than most ordinary pups, because he’s so extraordinary! He’s looking for a family with lots of time on their hands and a big yard for him to pounce around on with his happy paws.

Pup’s Bark: This sporty pup loves his dog friends and would really love to have a canine companion wherever he goes. He gets along with everyone, even guinea pigs! He’s a big love bug; a fantastic friend who is great on walks, behaves well on the leash and loves outdoor activities.
