Little Jake, the Big Bopper (Adopt-A-Dog Day 31)
Happy Howloween! As October and Adopt-A-Dog Month come to an end, our final adoptable pooch is Little Jake, a 3-year-old black-and-white terrier mix who loves life…and merrily bopping around after his Kong Wubba!

Little Jake’s Ruff Rescue: Little Jake was originally from a home that preferred smaller dogs and only had Jake as a novelty. He spent most of his puppyhood growing up in doggie day care, where he learned basic commands. Jake was brought to the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation (LBWF) when his original family didn’t want him anymore.
Favorite Toy: A Kong-krazy poochie, Little Jake loves his Wubba! He’s also really into chasing tennis balls.
Best Buddies: Little Jake loves his two-legged friends. He’s always very gentle when playing with his people pals.
Funniest Thing Little Jake Does: Although Little Jake hasn’t yet learned to bring back his Kong Wubba on command, he cracks up the LBWF folks when he bounds around all over the place chasing it!
Sweetest Pup Moments: Little Jake is an expert hugger. He is also a very gentle and tender treat taker.
Puparrazi Buzz: “Little Jake is definitely one of my favorites,” raves LBWF volunteer Andy. “He has lots and lots of energy and is always happy to see me. He just loves to bop around and be silly!”
Pawfect Furever Home: A very tidy fellow, Little Jake would do well in any loving and fun home. He knows several commands and walks well on a leash. The quiet pup is low maintenance – he can entertain his own silly self for hours!
Little Jake wants to tell you his story in her own words here.
