i Love Dogs Attending KLOS Pet Adoption Day!

Along with Los Angeles radio station KLOS, spcaLA is holding its annual Mark and Brian Pet Adoption Day at its Long Beach branch on Saturday, May 8. i Love Dogs is proud to be part of this event that brings future pet parents and their new fur babies together.

KLOS 95.5, home to Los Angeles radio legends Mark and Brian, will be broadcasting live from the event from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

While the day’s primary goal is to place animals in forever homes, there will also be ample opportunity to learn about all things pet — for free! — and chat with people from the following companies: VCA Hospitals, VPI Pet Insurance, Natural Balance Pet Foods, Wellness, Natura Pet Products, Merial, Scooble.com, City of Angels, Long Beach Animal Care Service and, of course, i Love Dogs. A trainer will also be on hand to answer questions about your new dog.

Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Honest Tea will be providing refreshing beverages for donations.

In addition to the interactive booths, there will also be a silent auction from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. You can bid to win an in-studio appearance on the Mark and Brian show or a guitar signed by Jonny Lang, along with two tickets to his upcoming concert. The coolest thing about the adoption fair? Even if you’re not currently looking for a new friend, there are so many great learning opportunities that any pet parent can benefit from attending.

i Love Dogs and the spcaLA are old paw pals. We were pleased to host a fundraiser and food drive for the spcaLA at the Hotel Maya TweetUp back in March. Now we’re equally excited about attending their adoption fair and hanging out with other animal-loving people.
