Save the Planet: Adopt Ozone

Meet Ozone, an adorable German Shepherd mix who is searching for a friend, a partner and a running buddy!

Ozone is a loving, high-energy pooch that would be the perfect companion to take while you walk, run or hike. He is very people oriented and would not be happy being confined to a backyard. He wants to be with you and will reward you with tons of love.

Ozone is available from Safe Haven Kennel in Yerington, Nev., a small rescue that takes in needy, homeless or injured dogs and keeps them as long as neccesary to find them a loving home.

Every Friday, i Love Dogs has been spotlighting a homeless dog as part of our i Love Dogs Rescue Network effort to find furever homes for these pooches.

I choose Ozone to profile because this month’s breed spotlight is on German Shepherds and because he reminds me of my first dog, Snoopy.

Ozone is already neutered, up-to-date on all his shots, knows basic commands and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. Please help us spread the word that we need to do our part for the planet and save Ozone.
