Jennifer Aniston Loses a Friend

“Friends” star Jennifer Aniston has lost her best furiend – her 15-year-old Welsh Corgi-terrier mix, Norman.

Aniston’s rep told People.com, “He was an old dog, and it was just his time.”

Aniston referred to Norman as her “baby boy” and “a person in a dog suit.” She always brought her beloved pooch along with her when filming on location.

According to The New York Observer, Aniston bought a $4.9 million West Village apartment earlier this month under the name “Norman’s Nest Trust.”

When Aniston and her pooch appeared together on the “Chelsea Lately” show in February, Norman refused to sit per his dog mom’s commands.

“He’s 15 years old. He doesn’t care anymore,” Aniston said.

In January, Aniston described Norman’s personality to PeoplePets.com. “He’s a little bit skeptical. He’s extremely wise, and ruffled by nothing. Not much impresses Norman,” she said.

Two years ago, Aniston said she thought dogs were better than men.

“Men come and go, but there really is no relationship like the one you have with a dog – and then they don’t live as long as they should,” she told the Sun. “You have to say goodbye way too soon. It’s just so sad. But their love is unconditional and I love that.”

Also grieving Norman’s departure to the Rainbow Bridge is his pawl Dolly, a 4-year-old white German Shepherd.
