Beautiful Bella is Searching for Her Happy Ending
A sweet Doberman Pinscher named Bella is waiting for her “Edward” to come and rescue her.
Bella is an adult female available through Doberman Rescue of Nevada in Las Vegas.
According to Petfinder, “Her owners moved away and had no interest in taking her. Although they had her for nine months, they did not provide her with basic medical care. This sweet 3-year-old with natural ears and natural tail has a heart murmur and is a little unsteady on her feet.”
Bella will need further testing to determine medical treatment for her heart and gait.
Her profile states that a veterinarian believes Bella’s unsteadiness may be due to Wobbler Syndrome, a spinal-cord abnormality that can affect Dobermans and Great Danes: “We are giving her acupuncture and exploring other options such as laser treatment or surgery.”
Every Monday, i Love Dogs spotlights a homeless dog as part of our i Love Dogs Rescue Network effort to find furever homes for these pooches.
I chose Bella because it broke my heart to hear that she was abandoned by her family after only nine months with them. Despite her hardships, she is still sweet and deserves a home with pet parents who love her.
I also selected Bella because she is a Doberman Pinscher, the focus of our breed spotlight this month!
All homeless dogs deserve to find their furever homes. Won’t you give Bella the fresh start she deserves?
