Is it Monday already? Grrrrrr. Well here’s a perky playmate that will make the grumbling stop. Meet O’Mama, a people-loving pup who could fill that snuggle-bug position in your home.

The 3-year-old Terrier mix (a.k.a Silver Star) has grown popular at the Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation (LBWF) because of her sparkling personality and attachment to people. O’Mama is the 26th dog who is part of the i Love Dogs’ effort to find 31 dogs furever homes.  omamabone1

bullet_paw_print-1107O’Mama’s Ruff Rescue: She arrived at a Los Angeles animal shelter as a pregnant starving stray. O’Mama soon gave birth to five beautiful pups but the shelter didn’t have the capacity to care for mom and her brood so the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation swooped to the rescue.

bullet_paw_print-1108Favorite Toy: O’Mama loves her big plush bones, tennis balls and pretty much any toy she can get her paws (or mouth) on.

bullet_paw_print-1109Favorite Buddy: O’Mama is a people doggy who enjoys frolicking with her bipedal pawls.

bullet_paw_print-1110Silliest O’Mama Antic: She loves toting her big plush bone with her and making running jumps onto her couch.

bullet_paw_print-1111Sweetest O’Mama Antic: She snuggles for pets and kisses.

bullet_paw_print-1112Pawperazzi Buzz: “O’Mama is one of my favorite dogs to play with up at the foundation. She is full of spunk and character,” says Andy. Others have described O’Mama as a spunky fun-loving dog who loves her cuddle time. She would be like the cheerful friend from next door. Her fur is so soft she can replace your teddy bear! She loves to play and will do well with a family with time to spare a snuggle-bug.

To adopt O’Mama contact the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation or spread the word, i Love Dogs Rescue Network and help O’Mama find a furever home. If you mention you heard about O’mama from the i Love Dogs website, we’ll give you a free puppy starter kit.

The Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation was a beneficiary of the i Love Dogs Summer of Giving program.
