SEO Internship
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic SEO intern to join our team. This position includes assisting New Media/Marketing Director research keywords, analyze and optimize our current sites and compile competitor research. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-energy, start-up environment as well as be experienced and comfortable working in a team environment. The right candidate will have a passion for learning about the e-commerce, social networking and search segments of the Internet industry. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Measuring ranking, traffic and conversions via systems such as Google Analytics
- Analyzing competitors
- Track and analyze results of optimizations
- Conduct competitive search marketing analysis
- Optimize online and page content
- Link building
- Directory submissions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a degree in marketing, journalism, mass communication, liberal arts or related field.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience and comfort in working in a team environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results
- SEO operations experience a plus
- Knowledge of WordPress is a must.

Social Media Internship
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The intern will assist the creative department by updating i Love Dogs’ social media accounts and contributing content to the ilovedogs.com, findavet.us and ilovedogfriendly.com websites.
The right candidate will have a passion for dogs as well as social networking, and have working knowledge of popular social media sites. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to be a team player are musts for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help maintain the i Love Dogs social media presence on online networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tumblr
- Engage in effective two-way communication between our company, clients, followers and potential fans
- Develop ideas and create content for the i Love Dogs network of websites
- Research social media trends and insights
- Provide content for social media campaigns and promotions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in an accredited university, pursuing a degree in marketing, journalism, mass communication, liberal arts or related field
- Knowledge of relevant social media networks is a must
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
